We have had a service plan with Family Heating and Air for over a year, and we have been extremely happy with their service. Every technician who has come out to service our AC has been friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Today, Doug was our service technician, and he truly went above and beyond! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything he serviced in detail, making sure I understood what he was doing and why. His professionalism and willingness to answer all of my questions really stood out. Doug was honestly one of the best technicians we’ve ever had, and we greatly appreciate the excellent service! We highly recommend Family Heating and Air! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a great company with friendly people. Everything was smooth, with the sales rep. helping me to secure a A/C unit within my budget. As well as the technicians who were knowledgeable and informed me on proper upkeep and maintenence items. I really am greatful for the entire service.

In the beginning I was second guessing going with this company due to the consistent lack of communication. Eventually the company and I were able to get on one accord. Once I received a notice that it was time to have my HVAC inspected I was a little hesitant but still decided to schedule my inspection. When scheduling the inspection I explained that I would not be available after a certain time. Then was repeated back my availability and was informed “No problem!” My time and date came but no communication from anyone until I reached out to them (automated service was ridiculous). What do you know they were going to arrive after my availability so I had to reschedule. The day of the rescheduled appointment I received a text and a phone call from the tech with his ETA. Cedric was my technician and man what an amazing guy. He was early, prompt and ready to get started. His energy was fantastic and he was extremely knowledgeable about everything and so kind. I will make sure that we request him for any and all of our HVAC needs. He is the reason why we are staying with Family Heating & Air. I hope they understand that the employees truly can make or break the experience. FH&A make

Rusty did an outstanding job! He installed a new return, worked through an ongoing issue with my system, and took the time to fine-tune everything so it’s running optimally. He also installed a UV-C light system and a new thermostat, making sure everything was set up correctly. Most importantly, he made sure I understood how to make adjustments, use the interface, and thoroughly answered all my many questions. What stood out most was his persistence and attention to detail, he didn’t just do a quick fix, he made sure the root of the problem was addressed. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend.

When we phoned Family Heating & Air for AC/heater repair, they sent a technician within a few hours of our call. We received an email from them to let us know that the technician, William Faucett, was on his way to our location and William also phoned to let us know he was enroute. When he arrived he was neatly dressed, very polite and well prepared to resolve our issue. William immediately identified the issue and explained the problem to us. He never rushed us but took time to answer all our questions and concerns about the unit. William was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough and gave us helpful tips to avoid future issues with our AC unit. He spoke highly of Family Heating & Air and was very honest in the total cost of the repairs. If we ever need AC repairs in the future we will definitely phone Family Heating & Air and hope that William Faucett would be the technician. We highly recommend Family Heating & Air and give William a 10 out of 10 review.
